It’s been a little while since I shared pictures of what we get in our weekly Bountiful Basket co-op food baskets. This past week, I purchased a regular conventional basket, a case of apples, and a “juice pack”. I don’t plan on juicing any of the items though. We are just going to use them for sides and to enhance our meals. Anyway, this is what I picked up on Saturday, and what will be going along with and into our meals this week.
This was the “Juice Pack”. It had kale, spinach, beets, celery, carrots, cucumber, fuji apples, lemon, limes, and ginger.
This was the main basket. We got grape tomatoes, strawberries, bananas, celery, fuji apples, oranges, oroblancos (a grapefruit cross), avocados, rainbow carrots, brussel sprouts, and mini sweet peppers. All super yummy and they will all be enjoyed throughout this week.
